2. Personal Information Collected

When users register for our services, the Company collects personally identifiable information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, and credit card number. When submitting inquiry forms or comments, we collect information such as name, telephone number, email address, and company name.

3. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

The Company uses personal information collected from users within the scope of the following purposes:

  • To notify users of new features, updates, and campaign information regarding the services they are using via email.
  • To contact users as necessary regarding service maintenance or other matters.
  • To respond to comments and inquiries from users.
  • To identify users who have violated the Terms of Use or who use the service for fraudulent or unjust purposes, and to refuse their use of the service.
  • To bill users for usage fees regarding paid plans.
  • To analyze collected information, such as browsing and purchasing history, in order to inform users of suitable support services in our overseas support business. Furthermore, the Company may score these results and provide such scores to third parties.
  • To perform analysis of overseas agency sales suitable for users within the service.

The purpose of use of personal information shall be changed only when relevance to the purpose before the change is reasonably recognized. When a change is made to the purpose of use of personal information, the Company shall notify users or publish the new purpose using the Company's prescribed method.

4. Measures to Securely Manage Personal Information

The Company strives to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date. To protect against unauthorized access, alteration, leakage, loss, or damage, we conduct educational training for all employees and officers. Additionally, we have established personal information protection regulations and conduct regular on-site inspections regarding management.

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except in the following cases:

  • When necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.
  • When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual.

6. Handling of Anonymously Processed Information

When creating anonymously processed information (personal information processed so that specific individuals cannot be identified and cannot be restored), the Company shall take the following actions:

  • Perform appropriate processing in accordance with standards prescribed by laws and regulations.
  • Implement security control measures in accordance with standards prescribed by laws and regulations.
  • Publicly disclose the items of information regarding individuals included in the anonymously processed information.
  • Refrain from cross-checking with other information in order to identify the individual associated with the original personal information.

7. Disclosure and Correction of Personal Information

When requested by the individual to disclose personal information, the Company shall disclose it to the individual without delay. Those who wish to request notification of the purpose of use, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties should follow the procedures below.
